The Maserati MC Sport Line – An Unbelievable Auto

by admin

With its dark, crisp and eccentric black alloys along with a roofline and bonnet that is to die for, the Maserati MC Sport Line is a vehicle that should be loved and embraced. Not often are car enthusiasts treated to such a world class auto and so when the time comes, us as automotive people, should be happy with what is on display. The Maserati MC Sport Line seems to be quite the machine and it is fair to say that improvements have definitely been made when comparing against other used Maserati cars from years gone by. Maserati seem to have taken on a much more aggressive style, which is immediately apparent when looking at the car. It could be said that the MC Sport Line emphasises the real sporting nature of a Maserati vehicle as it combines a sports vehicle with some serious technological advancements; both of which equate to an exciting and desired driving experience. It comes as no surprise to hear that the Maserati MC Sport Line was created alongside the engineers who also work with the Maserati racing circuit cars, and the evidence is there for all to see. One element of the vehicle that has certainly retained any notion of a racing car is the materials used for the components; they are all made of carbon fibre, which makes the unit light on its wheels and is something that is ideal for racing / sports performance. Maserati’s slogan of “Excellence through passion” is something very pertinent to the spirit and charisma of the MC Sport Line model. Trying to find some kind of negative about the vehicle is impossible. The only thing one could say is what all regular car buyers say and that is that it is just too expensive and out of reach!

A True Sports Car – The Lotus Europa

by admin

What is obvious is that Lotus is one of the leaders when it comes to sports car manufacturing. A major advantage that they have over their competitors is the experience gained from the racing circuit of Formula 1, which seems to have proved invaluable. We know about the Elise and, to a certain degree, some of the other cars in the Lotus range, but what about the Europa? What do people know about the Lotus Europa? Well for starters it is an absolutely stunning car to look at, which is a kind of common trait among both brand new and the older used Lotus models. As a manufacturer, they just seem to have that knack of being able to design visually stunning autos that leave people in no doubt what car they are looking at. Anyway, getting back to the Europa.... It is a car that is very inspiring and a true gem when on the road. Its looks, performance and handling are all Lotus Cars qualified, which means drivers are given the chance for a pleasurable driving experience – Lotus style! Available in the standard or Europe SE versions, this is one Lotus car that delivers promise and promises to deliver. In short, the Europa is a lightweight car that comes equipped with a mid-mounted engine (turbocharged). Lotus themselves actually say that the car also has GT credentials, which it undoubtedly does have. Available in up to twenty different colour shades, customising your Lotus Europa is an easy task. Buying brand new or dipping into the used Lotus marketplace for this car will both reap their rewards as this is one car that has been constructed to perfection and has been built to last. Finally, in true Lotus style, the interior of the new / used Lotus Europa takes on the effect of a true racing car, which is the icing on the cake.

Land Rover’s Discovery 4 – Redefined

by admin

The new look Land Rover Discovery 4 is a vehicle on the up. Following in the footsteps from the older used Land Rover designs, the new version has better equipment, a nice style and more features that just add to the overall driving and performance experiences. Visually, there is no question that the new Land Rover Discovery 4 is a class act. But what about the performance of the vehicle and what does it offer from the inside? Well first things first, the Discovery 5 is equipped with up to seven seats that can comfortably occupy its passengers. Climate control is included as standard as is the infamous Harman / Kardon audio system (with 9 speakers). Also, this particular Land Rover comes with air suspension in four corners as well as offering the companies’ terrain response system. Buyers have a choice of two engine types; the 2.7 litre TV V6 diesel and the 3.0 litre TC V6 Diesel. They also have the choice of four different trims that include the GS, XS, HSE and Commercial. So consumer choice is very much available and for a vehicle like this, Land Rover has pulled out all the stops to make it a success. There is a choice of four different alloy wheels available as well as different styles of mud flaps, which fit in effortless. Additional accessories include a cargo barrier and divider, load retention system, stainless teal tread plates as well as an array of different child seats. So customising the inside of your new or used Land Rover Discovery 4 is a fairly easy task, but what about the exterior? Well there are a number of choices in this area as well that include body side mouldings, front and rear lamp guards, stainless steel bumper and even a raised air intake. In summary, the Discovery 4 is a flexible and versatile vehicle that is more than worthy of being an addition to the Land Rover family.

Used Chevrolet Matiz Cars – The Choice of Many

by admin

The first thing to point out with this particular vehicle is that it is actually a rebadged Daewoo. The name change took place in the year 2005 where it indeed became known as the Chevrolet Matiz. Small, simple and practical, the Matiz has become especially popular in the used Chevrolet marketplace and with such decent miles per gallon ratio this comes as no surprise. For example the 0.8 litre 5 door hatchback variant provides 44 MPG and is also the cheapest of the five options available. The new and used Chevrolet Matiz also offers drivers the chance to keep their insurance premiums at a reasonable cost, which is always an advantage when purchasing a new vehicle. Given that the RRP of a brand new Matiz is very accessible to many buyers, it makes buying a used Chevrolet Matiz even more appealing if finance is one of the things on the agenda. In terms of performance this little nipper can be described as providing an average amount of comfort and quality as well as average handling and practicality. However, in terms of running costs, like with its overall price and MPG ratios, the Chevrolet Matiz delivers outstandingly when it comes to general maintenance and repairs. It is just one of those vehicles that are perfectly suited to inner city driving and getting from A to B; making it not the ideal choice for a long cruise or a speedy getaway on the motorway! What cannot be argued though is that the Matiz would be an ideal vehicle for first time buyers or new drivers. Insurance premiums coupled with fuel costs can provide difficult obstacles to such individuals and therefore buying a used Chevrolet Matiz could prove to be a realistic and ideal option.

A Reinvention – The XF Model from Jaguar

by admin

For many years, Jaguar, be it through choice or otherwise, had a stigma attached to the brand that portrayed they were a car maker that suited only a certain type of driver. This was of course up until the year 2007 when the replacement of the used Jaguar S-Type came into being by way of the Jaguar XF model. It rejuvenated the brand and enabled Jaguar to reach out to a totally new audience that they were previously unable to target. The XF soon became a phenomenon and immediately new customers were flocking to their nearest Jaguar dealership to register their interest. The TV, radio and display advertising campaigns used were brilliant and this elevated the “new” Jaguar brand to new heights.

As it replaced the used Jaguar S-Class, it meant that the XF had a lot to live up to but it seems that it has reached and surpassed the initial targets. Sales numbers are above expectations and requests are still being made for new orders. The XF’s exterior look is the biggest factor for the rejuvenation of the Jaguar brand. Striking, slick and enticing are just some of the words that can be used to describe the cars’ outer shell, which is more of a sports car than anything else. In terms of performance the new and used Jaguar XF can achieve 0 to 60 mph in as little as 4.7 seconds (depending on the model) and has a maximum speed of up to 155 mph (engine dependant), making it a very attractive buy when taking into consideration the visual aspects as well. The used Jaguar XF market is now picking up a bit of steam given that it has been three years since the model was first introduced. Like with any new car introduced, owners are reluctant to part with their vehicles for a certain period of time. Now though, in the UK especially, a used Jaguar XF can be purchased with relative ease – especially due to their now being a much wider variety of variants available.
